Capture without typing
A photo replaces manual data entry. The document arrives already identified and filed, in front of whoever has to deal with it.
A shop or a small practice does not need a huge management system. It needs the one specific task that eats an hour a day to stop eating it. That is what we build.
What we solve
Tools for the daily grind of a business: capturing documents, sorting orders, and no longer chasing paperwork by email.
A photo replaces manual data entry. The document arrives already identified and filed, in front of whoever has to deal with it.
When the tool is for everyday work, it lives in the browser: it opens from a link, with no app store in the way and nobody to train. And when the case calls for an installable app, we build that instead.
The application adapts to your accounting software and your mail, not the other way round.
Samples
Real work. Client names only appear with their permission.
Finished
Clients photograph their receipts from their phone and they reach the accounts inbox already stamped with the company name and tax number, ready for the accounting software to file on its own. One link per person, no app store involved.
Web app · Server-side PDF · Bilingual · Automatic email delivery
In use
A spreadsheet that cross-checks spending by supplier and surfaces what slips through: prices that creep up unannounced, duplicated items and suppliers that overlap. Formulas only, no macros, nothing to install.
Excel · Formulas only · Approved and in use
Finished
A template that turns an ordinary data table into a dashboard with charts and filters. Paste in new data and the panel updates itself, without touching a single formula.
Excel · Pivot tables · Reusable template

If there is a repetitive task eating time every day in your business, it can probably be taken off your hands. Tell us about it and we will say whether it can be fixed and what it would cost.
